The Crema di 'Nduja Valle del Crati is handcrafted with the most popular Calabrian cured meat and the addition of spicy chilli pepper, crushed in olive oil.

It is eaten by spreading it on slices of toasted bread, preferably still warm, or used as a sauté for the base of a ragù or tomato sauce; it can be used to garnish pizza, before the other toppings if raw, or freshly baked; it can be consumed on slices of semi-mature cheeses or can be used in omelettes.

Ingredients: Spicy Calabrian chilli pepper, 'Nduja (31%) (pork meat and fat, sweet and spicy chilli pepper, salt)(IT1591/L CE), olive oil, salt, wine vinegar.
Acidifier: Citric acid.
Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.
Storage methods: Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
After opening, cover the product with oil and store in the fridge.

Return: If the product ordered is defective or does not correspond to the one ordered, we will send you a label to place on the package and send it back. In this case we will either issue a refund or deliver the correct product.

If you made a mistake when ordering a product, you can replace it by returning the package to our address at your expense.
